Etsy, Shopify & Amazon fee & profit calculator

Estimate what you keep from each sale after platform and payment fees. Free, private, runs in your browser.

How it works

Order total = Item price + Shipping charged. Fees = Order total × (Platform % + Payment %) + fixed fees.

Profit = Order total − Fees − Item cost − Your shipping cost − Other costs.

Example rates only. Presets use example rates: Etsy 6.5% transaction + $0.20 listing + 3% + $0.25 processing (US), Shopify Basic 2.9% + $0.30 online card rate, Amazon 15% referral (common, varies by category). Platforms change fees and they differ by country, category and plan. Check each platform's current fee page and edit the fields.
